the nursing home has to pay to replace my mother's clothing if it is damaged or destroyed in the nursing home laundry.
More info:
Make a list of all your mother's clothing. Make sure every item has a name tag or her name written in indelible ink. Do not use her room number: she could change rooms or even nursing homes. If you take her laundry home to do it yourself, mark off on the checklist when you take it and that you have brought it back.
